Volumes are most useful when you need more storage space but don’t need the additional user that a larger Plans would provide. Increasing the size of a volume has two steps. Requesting for a volume package and alocating that to all Individuals registered under the company users. Curently Inspecdata do not offer any automatic upgrade to the volume storage. This feature is available to The Company administrator. The New user has to sign up with company e-mail through mobile app. the request relevancy to the company of request will be revieed. The comapny Admin can easlity search by e-mail address and assign a role and set proper permissions to the new user.

Should any account or license on the free plan remain inactive for over 6 months, a reactivation reminder will be dispatched to the registered email address. Access to the account will be discontinued after the specified notice period. Iracana Tech / Inspecdata retains the right to delete all data and forms at the conclusion of the notice period. For paid accounts, termination will occur one month after the agreement or subscription is terminated, unless the renewal process is completed within the stipulated timeframe. Upon termination of the user agreement or subscription, Iracana Tech / Inspecdata shall retain the user's data for a period of 30 days following the termination date. During this period, users may request limited hours access to make a copy of their last entered data. After the specified retention period, all user data, including any saved or processed information, forms, pictures and templates will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. Iracana Tech / Inspecdata is not liable for any loss or inability to recover data once this deletion process is completed. Users are encouraged to take necessary steps to back up their data before termination.
