Inspecdata uses Digital Ocean Servers hosted in Canada. Inspecdata Complies with all Industry Security Standards as it described in their privacy policy (https://www.digitalocean.com/legal/privacy-policy).
Inspecdata maintains server software and security patches via Digital Ocean.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Inspecdata will inform Clients as soon as they are aware of it. Inspecdata will work with the Client in order to identify and address any such data breach. The GDPR defines a data breach as: “Data breach” means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed”
You are responsible for protecting the privacy of any of your customer’s personal information that you input into the Forms and you acknowledge and agree that Inspecdata shall have no liability for any claims made against You as a result of any claims by your customers or any third party related to the misuse of such personal information and you agree to indemnify and hold Inspecdata harmless from any claims, costs, losses or damages arising from any claims by your customers or any third party related to the misuse of personal information. You may not use the Services to infringe the intellectual property rights of Inspecdata , others, or to commit an unlawful activity.
